Holy smokes…who would have thought the Today Show would be featuring the in home fitness program that I completed earlier this year called 80 Day Obsession?
Here’s the thing…I want to help you get some amazing results this summer and this kind of opportunity does NOT come around very often. In fact, in all the years I’ve been a coach, this has never happened! So I am looking for 5 ladies who are serious about getting in shape this summer and are willing to go all it!
But this program is not for everyone but what I can tell you is this…it is for anyone who really wants it!

I committed to do it back in January and got great results! During the program, I lost 11 pounds and 10.25 inches! But more importantly…I learned that I could do anything I set my mind to!
Between traveling to 2 different conventions and one Spring Break trip, I’m excited that I didn’t skip any workouts and stuck with the nutrition as well as I did. I can think of just a handful of times I ate something off plan. One area I struggled with was that I know I didn’t get enough sleep during the program. We were supposed to get 7- 8 hours per night…I would average most days around 6. That’s something I need to work on!
I’m so thankful for the group of ladies that I worked with in our team 80 Day Obsession success group! They inspired me to keep going on the days I wanted to quit! During a journey like this, there are going to be good days, bad days and everything in between. It’s part of the process! And thats why having success groups is so important!
But I can tell you this…if you go into it with the mindset that you CAN do it and commit to do YOUR very best every day…you’ll get results!!
