Its been over 20 years since I pushed play on my very first home workout called Power 90 back in 2002. And I’m still here. Just because I don’t post about my fitness journey on Facebook as often as I did in years past…doesn’t mean I’m not still striving to live a healthy lifestyle. This is your open invitation join me in making living a healthy lifestyle a habit. I’ll be here whenever you’re ready.
Its about the journey, not the destination
I’ve learned so much over the past 20 years but probably the most important thing I’ve learned is getting healthy and fit is not about a final destination….it’s about the journey!

2008 – Started again but with a bigger purpose! Helping others!

And get this, since 2008 when I signed up to coach…I never quit on my clients or cancelled my coach account. I may have stumbled or taken breaks when life got crazy, but I never gave up and quit.
WHY is this important?
Prior to 2002 I was always starting something new! Quitting one thing and trying the next best thing to get “quick” results! There I said it…I was a quitter! But then I found our system and have been consistent with it ever since.
If there’s one thing I know how to do – I know how to teach someone to never give up.
THAT’S what doing what I do as a healthy lifestyle mentor has done for me.
It hasn’t made me a fitness expert, or a nutritionist.. it’s made me stop being a QUITTER and given me a way to help others!
