Alright…you’ve seen me talk about it on social media and may be wondering…what the heck is the “magic pixie dust” you always talk about! Well I’m here to spill the beans on this awesome supplement I use every morning…sometimes a couple times a day depending on what I have going on and how much sleep I got the night before haha!

So here’s the thing, you don’t have to be a workout nazi like me to have this stuff. I get not everyone has found a passion for exercise like me and thats ok. Someday I bet you will. Then you can totally use it to replace those horrible energy drink cans or shot drink things that I’ve had ladies tell me about. (I’ve actually never tried those things but I know they’re not good for you.) So if you need a pick me up during the day (I totally use it in the afternoon sometimes) or as replacement for your morning coffee…(not that I would do that on purpose but I’ve totally forgot to finish my coffee because I don’t “need” the coffee to get me going. But in all honesty, this is probably a combination of getting up and exercising first thing AND my Magic Pixie Dust!!
