One year ago TODAY, I asked my friends on Facebook for some ideas on what I could do with hamburger meat. I had been making the same things for my family (spaghetti, hamburgers and taco meat) and wanted to get some new ideas!
The responses came pouring in. I had been wanting to compile all the great suggestions and never got around to it…until now! Thank goodness for Facebook Memories or these would have been lost forever!!!!
I got all the suggestions down…now I’m on the hunt for recipes for each one of these. I’ll include healthy options whenever possible. but lets face it, sometimes we need some good ol comfort food!! When my friends suggested recipes or explained how to make the dish, I included that.
Be sure to come back to this post if you ever need ideas on what to do with hamburger meat! And thank you to all my friends who gave suggestions! I appreciate it!

My friend Susie commented: I make a korean type of ground beef dish. Fry it up tell almost done with shredded carrots and sliced thin onions, drain it and then put back in the pan and add some teriyaki sauce a little sesame oil, ses seeds, a hint of soy sauce, cook until done. After throw in some green onions and either eat over rice or you can eat it like lettuce wraps.
