Sure, it is clinically proven to help you lose weight, but here’s the thing as Americans we are all overfed & undernourished. Being hungry all the time is a sign that you aren’t getting what your body NEEDS. That is exactly why Shakeology does such a great job of getting rid of your cravings for junk. At least thats the biggest thing it does for me!
