Here’s a few of the meals I’ve had:

Plain Greek Yogurt with berries and nuts with a few drops of liquid stevia.

My daily dose of dense nutrition…so happy that this is on the meal plan!!

Grilled Chicken, roasted broccoli and a small sweet potato.


I haven’t strayed too far off the meal plan that is provided…if anything I probably have not eaten enough vegetables.  And there was one day during the first week that we went out to dinner and I had a veggie panini (on bread which is not really on the plan…whoops!)  But even still, I feel like I’m getting stronger and have made great progress!  These are my results!  5 pounds lost (it has fluctuated quite a bit during the last week of the program) but you can definitely see changes.  I know I need to be more diligent about tracking my water intake and getting back to logging my food in My Fitness pal.  I have found that doing this really keeps me on track!

I already know that I’m going to be doing a 2nd 21 day round of this program starting on August 14th and I’m looking for 10 Savvy Girls who are ready to make dive in a really go for it!
