FREE 5 Day Meal Plan that will get you results!!

Believe me…I get it!  Meal planning can be a pain in the you know what!  Trust me when I say its definitely not my favorite thing to do but I KNOW the results that can come from following a meal plan!  When I very first started my coaching business back in 2013 or so, I would have people go follow this 5 day meal plan as a starting point for their journey!  and They always got awesome results!

PICK A DATE AND COMMIT

Pick a start date and COMMIT to it!!  Then download the Shopping list HERE =>> SHOPPING LIST and get all your groceries!

NOTE: You will see our nutrient dense superfood shake called Shakeology in these meal plans. You can grab a 7 day sampler HERE, or if you’re local to me, send me an email [email protected] and we can arrange for you to buy some from me OR when the recipe calls for the Shakeology, you use your favorite protein powder or Greek yogurt in the recipe.  While you won’t get all the nutrients thats in Shakeology, you’ll still be getting protein.   You can learn more about Shakeology HERE

WATER

During the 5 or 7 days…whichever you decide…make sure you drink LOTS of water. We’re talking like half your body weight in ounces of water.  (ie…if you weigh 150…you’ll want to drink at least 75 ounces of water each day)

EXERCISE

Yes, I want you to workout for at least 30 minutes a day!  If you already have a workout plan, awesome!  You can also go for a 30 minute walk, jog or run daily!  If you want a more structured workout plan, you can grab a FREE trial membership to our online streaming platform (think Netflix of Fitness) by clicking HERE
