Its a place where you’ll come for DAILY accountability, support, fitness tips, recipes and motivation! But even more importantly, it will be a safe place for you to connect with and build amazing friendships with other ladies who are on the same journey as you! Losing weight and getting in shape doesn’t have to be a lonely journey! In fact, I believe that fitness is definitely more fun with friends!
Our commitment to you is to be there to inspire you, believe in you and share with you the things that I have learned over the last 10+ years doing what I do as a Healthy Lifestyle Mentor. But more importantly, I will hold you accountable to the things that I know will help you! I know what tools and systems have worked for me and I know, without a shadow of a doubt, they will work for you too! Over the last 11 years, I not only used this system to lose the baby weight but I’ve been able to keep it OFF!!
And with our virtual gym…you’ll never get bored because we’re always coming out with new stuff. I completed our newest 8 week program over the summer and these were my results!
But here’s the thing…you HAVE to be willing to invest in YOURSELF both by getting the tools you’ll need as well as making the TIME for yourself. Why…because YOU are WORTH it!
Now here’s where I’m gonna get real with you! Its not always going to be easy! There may be days when you don’t feel like working out or eating healthy and its ok. I get it! I want you to know that going into this, not every day is going to be sunshine and butterflies! You may stumble and even fall..believe me, we all do. The most important thing to remember though is you have to GET BACK UP! This journey is not about how many times you fall…its about ALWAYS getting back UP! And I will be here to help you!
